Agape Team

Building a HouseFeeding the Homeless
"Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me. " - Mat 25:34-36

The Agape Team's goal is to spread the love of Christ to those in need through Christ-centered service. This team will build up a community within UCO that will use our youth, energy, and love of God to brainstorm and organize service projects and initiatives on issues.

Jane Agape

Jane Lee

Jane is a junior at U of M, majoring in Cellular/Molecular Biology and History of Art, and hopes to study medicine in the future. Whether you want to discuss Rembrandt and Mantegna or field of medicine, or simply want to get involved in service projects, she's the person to talk to!

"How does God's love abide in anyone who has the world's goods and sees a brother
or sister in need and yet refuses help? Little children, let us love,
not in word or speech, but in truth and action." - 1 John 3:17-18

 Jason Tower

Jason is a senior at U of M, majoring in Biology and History. But lest you think he is the same person as Jane, he is pre-Ed not pre-Med. On a History of Art note, Jason's four favorite artists are Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Donatello, and Rafael. In addition to artists, Jason is interested in philosophy, falling asleep reading Calvin and Hobbes by night. Jason finds referring to himself in the third person for this bio rather awkward. He hopes to help people find Jesus in the face of those in need.

Again Jesus said, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me?"
He answered, "Yes, Lord, you know that I love you."
Jesus said, "Take care of my sheep." - John 21:16
